The Westborough Civic Club donates to organizations and activities that benefit the town of Westborough and its residents. Requests for funding should be made in writing and sent to Westborough Civic Club, PO Box 155, Westborough MA 01581, or 

Requests should include:

  • Amount being requested
  • The reason for the request and an explanation of how the funds will benefit the town and/or residents
  • The requestor’s contact information including name, phone number, and mailing and email addresses. If the request is made on behalf of an organization, include the full name of the organization and its mailing address 
  • Payee information for the donation (who would the check be made out to) and payee contact information if different from above
  • Time constraints (if any) for the donation

All requests will be brought to membership for consideration. Requests for funding are typically reviewed within one month however the club does not meet to review donation requests during tree selling (November and December) or during the summer (July and August).
